I have not receive refund for my cancelled order.
Once Paypal/Google Checkout/Amazon Payments/Paymate has sent you a message that they have refunded to your credit card, it will take a few days for the transfer from Paypal/Google Checkout/Amazon Payments/Paymate to your financial institution, which also depends on the financial institution's policy. Normally it takes from 3-7 business days for the money to appear back into your account.

I would like to change the delivery address for the watch ordered.
As per your request for a change of address, we are sorry that we are unable to change the shipping address as we can only ship out to the specified shipping address in payment transaction. Please re-order with your new shipping address. Please inform us your new order details and we shall proceed with the order cancellation of the previous order.

How to Cancel My Order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours after you have placed your order. We appreciate that you could inform us the reason to cancel in your email in order for us to serve you better in your future purchase.
