Bodying Exchange Policy
Bodying fully understand that under certain circumstances, if you've purchased your watch from Bodying.com, Bodying.co.uk, Bodying.de, Bodying.ca, Bodying.com.au and Bodying.co.nz, you may exchange your watch within 7 days from the receive date.
Bodying gladly accepts your exchange under the following exchange terms and conditions:
Exchange Policy:
1. All exchange items must be new and unused, and in unworn condition. All items must be returned with all the original packaging materials. The white security seal must not be broken and must be fully in-tagged with the watch as the same condition as we shipped to you.
We're sorry that we do not accept any return merchandise under the following conditions:

Over the 7-day Exchange Period from the receive date.
- Items that do not match the serial number of the item originally ordered.
- Broken security seal
- Any signs of wear or resized
- Missing original box or case.
- Missing significant parts, links or accessories.
- Missing original warranty card/booklet, manuals, certificates and tags
2.The following items are not exchangeable:
- All sales and promotion items
- Back order models
- Japan domestic models
- Models listed as "Return: Not Available" in each watch profile page under Item Specifications column
3. We can only accept to exchange to a same price or higher priced watch model. If you choose to exchange to a higher price watch model, you will be invoiced the price difference once you've confirmed the watch model you'd like to exchange to and we have confirmed in return the stock availability.
4. All exchange will incur the following charges:
i. An admin charge of $20 (Home Currency)
ii. Shipping charge to ship the exchanged watch
5. Customers are responsible to return your watch for exchange. Bodying accepts no responsibility for any lost items during the return. It is advisable for customer to use traceable return shipping service. All return charges including postage, insurance and shipping are to be borne by customer.
6. Alternatively, for your easy return, Bodying provide an optional Fully-Insured Express Return Shipping Service.
Optional Fully-Insured Express Return Shipping Service:
To apply this optional return service, all you have to do is, just state clearly on the return FedEx/DHL/TNT airway bill with our account # and drop the return package to any FedEx/DHL/TNT station or just call for pickup.
You are required to use back our packing materials (FedEx/DHL/TNT padded pak) including the red gift box.
Kindly note that this low rate applies to FedEx/DHL/TNT Padded Pak rate only. If other than FedEx/DHL/TNT Padded Pak is used, FedEx/DHL/TNT will charge a higher rate instead and we will deduct this additional charges from the total refund amount.

Steps of Returns:
Step 1: Please contact Bodying customer service at:
http://www.BodyingCare.com to request for exchange. Please state the watch model that you wish to exchange and your Order ID.
Step 2: You will then receive an email reply from Bodying Customer Team within 1-2 days for confirmation of your inquiry. Upon received your inquiry, we will need to check the stock availability for your requested model for exchange. Once we have confirmed the stock availability, we will send you the return instructions as well as procedure for exchange.

Bodying Process of Refund
Upon received your return item, we will proceed with the following refund process:
Step 1: Product inspection - Our technical department will verify on the return watch at our returns facility (Normally 7-10 business days)
Step 2: Processing from your bank or credit card company - Once Paypal/Google Checkout/Amazon Payments/Paymate has sent you a message that they have refunded to your credit card, it will take a few days for the transfer from Paypal/Google Checkout/Amazon Payments/Paymate to your financial institution, which also depends on the financial institution's policy. Normally it takes from 3-7 business days for the money to appear back into your account.
All refund will be credited to the same payment methods same as your initial form of purchase.
NO restocking fees will be charged.

Proposed refund = Total Purchased - initial shipping charges - admin fees - return shipping (only applicable if using our Optional Fully-Insured Express Return Shipping Service / Pull back charges)

6. Reasons of returning an item
A) Return Pursuant to General Reasons
Applicable When: Return is WITHIN 30 DAYS from the date of order and in its original condition.
General reasons may include item received does not match liking, size not suitable and etc. (excluding reasons due to manufacturer defects)
NOTE: Shipping charges will be deducted from the total refund amount
Steps of Returns:
Step 1: Please contact Bodying customer service at:
http://www.BodyingCare.com to request for return. Please remember to include item model of return, reasons of return and Order ID.
Step 2: You will then receive a confirmation of return with an RMA ID, along with all the return instructions within 1-2 days upon your return request.
B) Return Pursuant to a Physical Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item Upon Received
Applicable When: Buyer notified Bodying WITHIN 24 HOURS upon received the ordered items.
Steps of Returns:
Step 1: Please contact Bodying customer service at:
http://www.BodyingCare.com. For claim due to physical damaged e.g visible scratches / cracks, please include images of the damages condition of your watch together with your email inquiry to us.
Step 2: After we received your inquiry, we will guide you for the return instructions.
Step 3: Upon receipt of the watch and is verified to be defective / incorrectly shipped, appropriate action shall be taken
Note: All Bodying watches are checked and determined to meet Bodying’s stringent quality standards before they are shipped out.

Bodying Watches Clinic (Watch's Repair) Policy
Bodying products are 100% genuine and brand new. Most are guaranteed for at least 1 year from the date of shipment (Seller’s Limited Warranty). Warranty length is displayed on the product page.
This warranty is valid only at Bodying. All warranty service must be performed by Bodying Watch Clinic.
Warranty Applicable for:
- Watch movement
- Hands and dials
Warranty NOT Applicable for:
- Damaged as the result of abuse, mistreatment, neglect or accidents
- Normal wear and tear
- Watch case including crown, glass, decorating crystal
- The bracelet, strap
- Battery replacement
- Moisture or water damage
- The product has been opened or serviced by other party
For any warranty claim WITHIN the warranty period, Bodying Watch Clinic as a gesture of our service will assist all our customers to send the watch to the respective service centres on their behalf for warranty claim.
For any warranty claim AFTER the warranty period, repair service shall be performed for a charge depends on watch brands and the type of workmanships required. These charge will be correspondence for your acceptance and pre-payment is required before any repair work shall begins.
NOTE: For all watches send for repair regardless of under or over warranty period, customers are responsible to ship the watch to Bodying Watch Clinic.

http://www.BodyingCare.com to raise a Bodying Watch Clinic inquiry. Please describe clearly the watch problems and indicate the Order ID.

Can I cancel my order after item shipped?
If you place your order at Bodying.com, Bodying.co.uk, Bodying.de, Bodying.ca, Bodying.com.au and Bodying.co.nz, you may cancel your order after your watch have been shipped out but we will proceed such order cancellation request as RMA return and customer are subjected to all pull back charges, custom duties and taxes incur.
For orders made other then above specified sites, once the watches has been shipped out, you will not be able to make any order cancallation.

Please note that the return charge for custom duties and taxes shall be debited from the purchase credit.

My shipment has incurred duty and tax upon arrival at my customs.
We will proceed to process your order as Return RMA. However, if your country's customs still require to pay for the taxes to release the package before returning the package to us, we will withheld the refunds until we receive the tax invoice from the courier service company.
Once we have receive the tax invoice which takes the courier service company about 1-2 months to send to us, We will proceed with deduct the tax payable, the initial shipping charges, return shipping charges, and admin charges.
